Wi-Fi Options in Control Center
Right from the Control Center, you can change WiFi networks, but getting to them is a little frustrating. To pull up the expanded options, long press in the centre of the WiFi/Bluetooth widget, and then Force Click the WiFi icon to see a list of active networks.

Bluetooth Options in Control Center

Location Settings

App Updates

Updated Mute Switch Interface
There's a new interface that lets you know if Silent Mode is on or off when you turn on the mute switch on the iPhone in iOS 13. It is placed at the top of the window, replacing the previous warning in the centre of the display that popped up.

Optimized Battery Charging
Optimized Battery Charging is introduced by a new iOS 13 feature. The iPhone learns from your normal charging routine, according to Apple, and waits to finish charging past 80 percent before you need to use it, which is intended to minimise battery ageing.
Home App Improvements
The control options have been redesigned and simplified for your HomeKit devices in the Home app. Accessible controls vary by computer, but in general, the move makes it easier to access options that you search or use regularly (such as different light colours). Time Synced Lyrics in Apple Music
As the lyrics for an Apple Music song are downloaded, they are now synced to the music, so as the song progresses, the lyrics can scroll along. Lyrics can be found at the bottom of any music interface by clicking the new lyrics button.

New Volume HUD
For the volume interface in iOS, there's a new look that is planned to be less obtrusive. It's a bar that shrinks down as you continue to click the up or down volume buttons on the left side or top side of the show. What is cool is that in addition to using the physical volume keys, you can also tap the bar with a finger to change the sound with a swipe.
Haptic Feedback for Face ID
When it unlocks in iOS 13, Haptic Feedback for Face ID will cause your phone to vibrate slightly. By going to Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention, it can be activated.
NFC Tags
With iOS 13, a wider range of NFC tags can be read from iPhones. Japan's national identification cards will use a government-developed app to support the iPhone, and Germany will also allow Apple users to use NFC to load their national ID vehicles, residency permits, and biometric passports onto their iPhones.
Canceling Apps With Subscriptions
On iOS 13, when you uninstall an app to which you have a subscription, you will get an alert that the subscription is still active, so that you can make sure you cancel before removing it. There are options for handling your subscription in the warning.

Quick Actions Menu Size
There is a new icon for an option when using the Messages option to record a voice-based message. It is now a waveform rather than an icon for a microphone.
Voice Messages
Notice that almost all of these features are available on your iPad as well and are part of the latest iPadOS operating system from Apple.
When using Fast Action, the menu that shows up is now smaller with less obtrusive icons, which have also been shifted to the right side of the menu interface.
