Google Speak Look will let you use your eyes to control your computer.

Google is still up to something when it comes to the launch of new features. A new feature called Look to Talk, an accessibility service that will allow users to control their devices with their eyes, has now been announced.
Obviously, you can't go ahead and start navigating through anything with your eyes, but by shifting your eyes up, down, left or right, the app lets you pick from a preset list of characters, sentences, phrases, and behavior.
For less able-bodied people, Google makes it easier by releasing Look to Talk Feature
Today, since many people are not as non-disabled as us and they still have something to say, Google is adding this feature, but for one reason or another, they can not. They do not have the means, more often than not, to express what they want to communicate. Look to Talk seeks to change that as it provides a fully customizable means of expressing oneself that can also be customized to suit the requirements.
There are a lot of apps that are already being used but Google has only managed to find a way to make it more portable as well as more usable. Eye control is nothing new. This means that without bringing more and more technology with them, people using wheelchairs can easily use this functionality.
The project began as part of the "Experiments with Google," which has a sub-group called "Start with One," an effort to design a product for a single individual before they go further and continue to extend it to other individuals with similar needs.
Look to Speak will let you pick phrases at the moment of writing, speak them aloud, snooze the screen, as well as edit your phrasebook. To see how it works, you can check out the video below.
