The Galaxy S21 will not have in the box earphones or chargers, much like the 12 Series iPhone

It had to happen one way or another, and it looks like according to the latest report, Samsung is taking the ‘Apple route’ by excluding to pair up wired earphones as well as a charger with the Galaxy S21 series. Just like the iPhone 12 range, the Galaxy S21 lineup will likely be the first from Samsung to exclude these accessories from the box.
With the Galaxy S21, Samsung can still pack a USB-C cable, but the decision is still pending.
Samsung isn't taking anything away from consumers, according to a study by the South Korean media. The company could still be bundling the Galaxy S21 lineup with a USB-C cable, but the decision is still to be made, according to the article. In addition, it is not known whether these accessories would be omitted from all Galaxy S21 models or a particular one. Bear in mind that during the beginning of January next year we are supposed to see a total of three models; the standard Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21 Plus and the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Samsung's marketing strategy could concentrate on reducing electronic waste, just like Apple, which has excluded the bundling of wired Ear Pods and a charger with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. Just yesterday, however a report came out saying that Apple may have made the change to improve its AirPods line's revenue, as well as the comparatively inexpensive Beats, Flex, which it launched for $49.99 shortly after the unveiling of the iPhone 12 went live. Samsung will want to achieve the same objective, seeing as how this year, especially in the high-end market, its smartphone arm didn't do particularly well.
Bear in mind that Samsung had been rumoured to get rid of the charger before, so it's not like we should be hit hard by this news. Most of the power bricks bundled with the premium smartphone family of Samsung also did not have the full supported wattage for these handsets, and customers had to buy them for a high price separately. For example take the Galaxy S20 Ultra; Samsung only bundles its packaging with a 25W charger, but the flagship actually supports 45W of fast charging.
Customers have to buy a separate accessory from Samsung to produce this much wattage and with the rumoured route the Korean giant could take, it looks like you're going to have to repeat the process all over again with the Galaxy S21 series this time.
